Any child transferring to any school in the Jackson County School District must have a valid immunization certificate, birth certificate, report card, and name and address of the former school attended.
No student is to be enrolled in this school district until any questions regarding residence or immunizations have been resolved. Students suspended or expelled from another school or school district may not be allowed to enroll. See JCSD School Board Policy JRA.
All parents (legal guardians), who are and will be employees of JCSD, that want to petition JCSD for enrollment for their out-of-district student, complete the Petition for enrollment form (which is attached)
